After trying to run business in various sectors  a musician-teacher Irina Israelian in 2009 decided to build the first hotel in Alaverdi. The money 300,000 received from grant Mrs. Irina used to adapt the conditions of their guest house in Alaverdi highway –  renovated bathroom, installing the appropriate equipment.

Since childhood Geghanush Yeghiazaryan liked to paint. Her first works, khatutik and waterfall are lovingly maintained on the walls of her grandfather’s house living in Hoktemberyan. Today she is studying at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics of Slavonic University, but training routine is not an obstacle for her/ as for many her peers/  to spend such a large part of the day in front of  laptop, to which by the way she was tied  years ago.
