Promoting Growth, Enforcing Rights

The project seeks to address the challenge of reconciling the promotion of a thriving and dynamic business environment with the need to protect effectively the labor and socio-economic rights of citizens, specifically those of women for social development, improved regional strategy, and policy for demographic and other social and economic challenges.

  • To strengthen the technical capacity of Armenian stakeholders in developing concrete policy proposals to reconcile business and economic development with the protection of labor rights and the gender-sensitive promotion of opportunities in the labor market.
  • To promote the importance of mutual understanding and trust-building between Armenian actors through a series policy dialogue events that are designed to guarantee inclusiveness and participation.
