The training was organized by the OxYGen Foundation and led by expert Ani Kojoyan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of the training was to support the Network in clarifying its positioning, shaping strong and consistent messages, and developing practical tools for strategic communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first day opened with an introduction to the training objectives and expectations. Participants mapped their key stakeholders, analyzed the dynamics of engagement, and identified communication priorities.
