The meeting was undertaken within the framework of the Visegrad funded \u201cKnowledge Transfer for Enhanced Government\u2019s Accountability and Citizens Participation in Armenia\u201d and EU Funded \u201cEU4LabourRights: Increasing Civic Voice and Action for Labour Rights and Social Protection in Armenia\u201d projects.<\/p>\n

Colleagues from the National Assembly of RA, Health and Labor Inspectorate Boady, civil society organizations, Human Rights Defender\u2019s office of Armenia, trade unions, private sector, and international organizations participated at the event.<\/p>\n

The CVA is a newly formed network for labour rights protection that facilitates the national consultations for policy reforms and legislative changes to address the discrimination and violation of labour rights, with the involvement of grassroots organisations, experts, social partners \u2013 private sector, trade unions, CSOs, activists\u2019 nonformal groups and government officials.<\/p>\n

\u201cKnowledge Transfer for Enhanced Government\u2019s Accountability and Citizens Participation in Armenia\u201d project. The Project is implemented by OxYGen Foundation with the financial support of the International Visegrad Fund.<\/p>\n

\u201cEU4LabourRights: Increasing Civic Voice and Action for Labour Rights and Social Protection in Armenia\u201d project is implemented by OxYGen Foundation, Socioscope NGO, \u201cAsparez\u201d Journalists\u2019 Club NGO, Armenian Progressive Youth NGO, Media Diversity Institute \u2013 Armenia in cooperation with Protection of Rights without Borders NGO, and Eurasia Partnership Foundation.
