OxYGen is an independent advocacy and development foundation driven by its vision of an Armenia free of

Reporting line: The Program Assistant will report directly to Program Manager<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
The PA will be responsible for supporting the implementation of OxYGen Foundation\u2019s program activities
\nunder the Accountable Governance portfolio.<\/p>\n
Under supervision of the Program manager, PA will be responsible for information flow, supporting projects
\nactivity coordination, data collection for monitoring, communication with stakeholders, practical
\narrangements, administrative matters, and other tasks required by the project. PA will closely work with
\nOxYGen Foundation\u2019s relevant staff members to ensure the accomplishment of mentioned duties.<\/p>\n

\n\u27a2 Support development of the detailed implementation plan of the project
\n\u27a2 Support planning the communication related activities within the project the communication team.
\n\u27a2 Support procurement and budget planning
\n\u27a2 Support logistic planning
\n\u27a2 Support in planning beneficiary and stake-holders engagement processes<\/p>\n
\n\u27a2 Contribute to the execution of project activities of the OxYGen Foundation\u2019s projects under the
\nAccountable Governance portfolio
\n\u27a2 Support in communication between activity stakeholders, e.g. participants, service providers, project
\npartners, e.g. through minutes, reports, summaries wherever necessary
\n\u27a2 With the support of Programs Manager assure activity budgets are within the project budget
\n\u27a2 Assure proper filing and information flow
\n\u27a2 Support in ensuring high level of participation by all activity stakeholders in the planning and
\nexecution process wherever necessary
\n\u27a2 Provide information and consulting to project beneficiaries whenever necessary
\n\u27a2 In cooperation with project partners and Program Manager ensure reaching projects\u2019 targets
\n\u27a2 Conduct any other tasks required for successful implementation of projects\u2019 activities.<\/p>\n
\n\u27a2 Gather data required for monitoring of project implementation
\n\u27a2 Gather and maintain project documentation in organized manner
\n\u27a2 Monitor service provision contracts for timely implementation on all sides where necessary
\n\u27a2 Support developing of narrative progress reports to PM
\n\u27a2 Support Program Manager in other relevant tasks.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience of working with multi-stakeholder projects
\n\u2022 Experience linking to and\/or building technical networks
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Social Sciences with proven experience of working in programmes on accountable
\ngovernance
\n\u2022 Good community mobilisation skills and experience of participatory analysis and planning
\n\u2022 Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritise own workload, to work independently and to meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Advanced proficiency in Armenian and English
\n\u2022 Good understanding of gender equality
\n\u2022 Good understanding of governance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in action-oriented learning and different learning methodologies
\n\u2022 Ability in advocacy\/lobbying to influence change at national level<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Open-mindedness
\n\u2022 Flexibility
\n\u2022 Eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally
\n\u2022 Initiative taking and high level of responsibility<\/p>\n
