This LLC is envisioned to operate as a <strong>social enterprise<\/strong>, generating revenue through market-based activities while reinvesting profits into the NGO&#8217;s mission-driven programs. To ensure its success and alignment with both commercial and social goals, there is a need to develop a comprehensive and viable <strong>business model <\/strong>for LLC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To advance this initiative, OxYGen is seeking a <strong>Business Development Manager <\/strong>who will lead the process of operationalizing OxYGen LLC, developing its business model, service portfolio, and internal systems, and piloting income-generating services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Objective of the Assignment<\/h1>\n<p>The objective of the assignment is to make OxYGen LLC fully operational, financially viable, and ready to deliver professional services to its target clients and partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work<\/h1>\n<p>Under the overall supervision of the OxYGen Foundation\u2019s Executive Director, the <strong>Business Development Manager <\/strong>will lead the process of operationalizing OxYGen LLC and ensuring its strategic and financial sustainability. The remuneration for the above-mentioned services is set at <strong>2,500,000 AMD (gross)<\/strong>.
