\/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the opening of the training, Commission members outlined their expectations and reflected on the previous meeting, highlighting outcomes they found particularly valuable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9809 alignright\" 100vw, 398px\" \/>Under the guidance of Ani Kojoyan, a specialist in women\u2019s rights and gender studies, participants were introduced to programme development theories and frameworks for defining monitoring indicators. These sessions were followed by discussions that generated insightful observations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A key component of the training focused on gender-sensitive indicators. After familiarising themselves with these tools, participants engaged in group work to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following discussions on monitoring tasks, participants carried out simulation monitoring exercises under the trainer\u2019s guidance, which led to diverse and constructive exchanges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the second day, Ani Kojoyan presented the monitoring report format. This was followed by group work and presentations, allowing participants to practically consolidate their newly acquired knowledge and skills.
