The project seeks to address the challenge of reconciling the promotion of a thriving and dynamic business environment with the need to protect effectively the labor and socio-economic rights of citizens, specifically those of women for social development, improved regional strategy, and policy for demographic and other social and economic challenges.
Objectives:
- To facilitate knowledge transfer, collective learning, and peer-to-peer exchange among policymakers, political actors, civil society organizations and business representatives from Armenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland.
- To strengthen the technical capacity of Armenian stakeholders in developing concrete policy proposals to reconcile business and economic development with the protection of labor rights and the gender-sensitive promotion of opportunities in the labor market.
- To promote the importance of mutual understanding and trust-building between Armenian actors through a series policy dialogue events that are designed to guarantee inclusiveness and participation.
The Project is implemented by OxYGen Foundation for Protection of Youth and Women Rights and The European Partnership for Democracy (EPD) with the financial support of the Visegrad Fund and EU.
