Together with our partners, we have summed up the results of the “Elections for All” project founded by the European Union. PArtner organizations presented the basic findings of the research done during the NA snap elections and the policy recommendations in 6 directions: first time voters, persons with disabilities, women, social media, observers. Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Peter Anthony Svtalski, the head of Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police Mnatsakan Bichakhchyan, Nune Hovhannisyan, the member of the Electoral Commission, as well as representatives of state, international organizations, CSOs were present at the meeting.
The goal of the project was to promote human rights, the right to vote, through the involvement of Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and citizens, in Armenia in December 9,2018 preparations and monitoring of the National Assembly elections on December 9, 2018.
The project is implemented by the Oxygen Foundation and the Helsinki Citizens Assembly Vanadzor Office, in collaboration with
the Inclusive Legal Reform Coalition, the Investigative Journalists NGO, the Region Research Center and the Yerevan School of Political Studies. The project is funded by the European Union.
