- Have an idea that will strengthen women’s participation in the labor market,
- Have like-minded people with whom you can form a team,
Then:
Solidarity Center in Armenia and OxYGen Foundation are happy to invite you to participate in the competition of ideas for creating “Innovative solutions for promoting women’s participation in the labor market”. The objective of this competition is to find innovative solutions to address the existing gaps between the demands of the labor market and education, with a specific focus on gender aspects and factors hindering women’s participation in the labor market. IT-based solutions and ideas to address such areas as soft skills development, networking, leadership, teamwork, and employability are encouraged.
The competition will be held in the following stages:
- Acceptance of applications,
- Selection of the three best ideas
- Two-day workshop with selected teams to discuss the issues and solutions with the experts, employers, and education professionals, and further develop the pre-selected ideas.
- Selection and financing of the best project by the jury in order to implement the idea.
The three teams that passed the pre-election stage of the project will have the opportunity to meet with leading experts in the field, who will guide the development of the ideas presented by the teams as mentors.

The preliminary selection of applicants will be done on the basis of completed applications.
