Strengthening Women’s Participation in the Workforce

Women do not need privileged conditions, they need equal ones

“Inspirational women.” This was the name of the recent project implemented by “Zart Print” LLC, in the framework of which the printing services company presented successful women in various fields on its Facebook page.

“Zart Print” is run by women. “Taking into account this fact, we decided to launch the ‘Inspirational Women’ project to increase women’s visibility and to encourage others with the experience of women who have succeeded in various fields,” says Suzanna Batoyan, the company’s director.

According to her, the series was received by the public with great enthusiasm. Many even started offering the names of successful women with the request to introduce them.

My interlocutor notes that in recent years the role of women in Armenia in different circles is more active and more visible, but not enough.

Ս. Batoyan is convinced that women do not need privileged conditions, they need equal ones for men and women in all respects, which will allow them to express themselves in a worthy way.

Today, when the epidemic restrictions have been overcome, on the eve of the company’s 10th anniversary, my interlocutor is happy to talk about the achievements.

“Many organizations and institutions accept us not only as a printing house that carries out their orders, but also as a partner who is ready to work together to overcome any problems related to partner organizations. In this regard, our greatest achievement is our loyal, permanent partners without which we could not succeed.”
